TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The “Santa's Gift Sprint” tournament is organized by StayCasino and will run from 00:01 (UTC) on December 9, 2024, to 23:59 (UTC) on December 23, 2024.
2. The total prize pool for the tournament is €10,000 + 5,000 Free Spins.
3. The tournament consists of three consecutive stages, with participants advancing based on their performance in the preceding stage.
4. All monetary prizes and Free Spins awarded in the tournament are subject to the conditions outlined below.
5. The tournament is open exclusively to players classified as part of the VIP players of StayCasino.
6. Participants must place bets using real money to qualify for the tournament. Bets placed using bonus funds will not count toward the tournament.
7. The tournament is divided into three stages:
Stage 1, open to all eligible participants, runs from December 9 to December 15.
Stage 2, open to the top 20 players from Stage 1, runs from December 16 to December 19.
Stage 3, open to the top 5 players from Stage 2, runs from December 20 to December 22.
8. Participants automatically qualify for subsequent stages based on their ranking in the preceding stage.
9. A minimum real-money bet of €0.50 (or currency equivalent) is required to participate. Tournament points are awarded as follows: €0.10 wagered (or equivalent) equals 1 tournament point. Only bets placed on slot games are eligible for point accumulation.
10. Prizes are distributed across the three stages:
Stage 1 awards prizes to the top 20 players, including cash prizes and Free Spins.
Stage 2 awards prizes to the top 10 players, including cash prizes and Free Spins.
Stage 3 awards prizes to the top 5 players, including cash prizes and a choice of iPhone 16 Pro Max or €2,000 bonus for the first-place winner.
All cash prizes are subject to a 3x wagering requirement before withdrawal.
Free Spins prizes are subject to a 40x wagering requirement.
Free Spins must be activated within 7 days of being credited and used within 7 days of activation.
Prizes will be credited automatically after the end of each stage, except for the Stage 3 first-place prize, which requires manual confirmation.
11. For players using currencies other than EUR, all prizes will be converted and credited in the player’s selected account currency at the prevailing exchange rate.
12. Participants must click the “Participate” button on the tournament’s main or dedicated page to be eligible. Only real-money bets placed after opting into the tournament will be counted.
13. StayCasino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the tournament or any of its stages at any time without prior notice. The casino’s general Terms and Conditions apply to all aspects of this tournament.
14. The casino reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent or unfair behavior, including but not limited to multiple account usage or collusion. In case of any dispute, the decision of StayCasino management shall be final and binding.
15. StayCasino shall not be held responsible for technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, connection issues, or any other issues preventing participation in the tournament.
16. By participating in the tournament, players agree to these Terms and Conditions and confirm their understanding of the rules.
